Workshop Terms & Conditions
You must be 18 years or older to participate in a workshop with Amy Clover.
Workshops are not a substitute for mental health treatment. Amy Clover is not a mental health professional and her services are in no way intended to treat or diagnose mental health issues.
There are times when strong emotions may arise which is part of the process. If you have a history of mental illness or trauma, it is highly recommended that you seek approval from your mental health professional before proceeding. Please feel free to have them reach out directly to Amy Clover so they can assess together if the workshop you’re interested in is right for you right now.
It is encouraged throughout the workshop process that you pause and take space if the level of emotion is feeling overwhelming for you.
You may be receiving movement recommendations that are physically demanding and challenging. They are NOT for individuals with any medical condition that may be compromised by intense cardio and strength exercise. If you have a physical condition that may be affected by movement, please let Amy know before the start of the workshop. Consult your physician before beginning this or any other movement program. By participating in any of Amy’s workshops, you do so at your own risk and hereby release Amy Clover and Strong Inside Out from any and all liability.
